The bomb has three colored cables. The cables are in the folder “cables”. The content of the files indicates which contacts are connected. The contacts have a presence sensor. To avoid explosion, the cables must be disconnected only from the right contacts in a specific order, and only after all have been disconnected should they be reconnected in another specific order. To disconnect a contact, you need to delete the contact number from the file (e.g., 1-31-). To reconnect the cable to another contact, write the number of the new contact in the corresponding file (e.g., 1-1-1).

Disconnection sequence:

  • the green cable must be disconnected before the blue;
  • the red cable cannot be disconnected if the green is still connected to 1;
  • the blue cable cannot be disconnected if the green is still connected to 2;
  • the blue cable cannot be disconnected second.

Reconnection sequence:

  • the right connectors must be reattached in descending order of their numbers;
  • the blue cable must be reconnected before the green;
  • the green must be reconnected to a connector with an odd number;
  • the blue cable must be reconnected first if the green cable is to be reconnected last.

Well, now you need to enter the password… As usual, fortunately, someone left the password attached to a post-it. But how can I type the password if I only have 16 keys available? To type the password, you need to create a file in the pinpad folder named password and the content must be the sequence of keys to press.

The bomb is almost disarmed; it’s almost done. One last effort: we need to press the switches from A to C. In the codes folder, there are many files. It is necessary to find the file that contains the sequence of characters visible in the small panel that has just opened. As soon as you identify the right file, you must move it to the “switches” folder and into the subfolder corresponding to the letter of the switch written at the top of the small square screen.
